We will be meeting at the Burton Hall at 7:00 PM on February 21st, 2024 to discuss the situation in depth, answer any questions, and formally vote on the dissolution of Burton Internet Society. If you are a paying customer you are invited to attend, ask questions, and vote.

Thank you for being along for the ride with us, bumpy as it may have been. BIS is run by a group of unpaid volunteers, who provided a solution to a problem when no company would. BIS existed only to solve our communities’ need for an internet connection. We were never here to try and out-compete large corporations, just to bridge the gap of connectivity.
